• Package price does not include on-site party coordination
• Item 1 & 2 shall be delivered/couriered to venue/host's address in 3-5 days before the party date
• Helium balloon shall be delivered to venue address 2 hours before the function starts, set up is not included
• Magical Clown will show up at least 15 minutes before the function starts
• FNB shall be delivered to venue address at least 30 minutes before the function starts
